Fathi Kemicha reappointed for a three years Term on the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Board of Trustees
H.H Shaikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, The Ruler of Dubai, issued on 17 February 2008 a Decree N°7 on the Formation of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) Board of Trustees. As stated in Article 6 of DIAC Statute, “the Board of Trustees shall consist of 21 members who are highly qualified in the field of arbitration from amongst legal consultants, lawyers, academics and other specialised professions from inside and outside the Emirate”
